Dr Michael Wan Admitted as Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers

We are delighted to celebrate a significant professional achievement for our Senior Partner, Dr Michael Wan, who has been admitted as a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (FHKIE).

Fellowship recognises Michael’s leadership, experience and commitment to technical excellence within the field of geotechnical engineering, alongside his contribution to the engineering profession and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE).

Michael has a longstanding involvement with the Institution and served as Chair of the HKIE UK Chapter from 2022 to 2024, helping to support and strengthen its professional community in the UK.

Building on this involvement, Michael is keen to continue developing connections and collaboration between the engineering professions in the UK and Hong Kong, encouraging the exchange of knowledge, experience and technical expertise between the two engineering communities.
