Dr Chris Menkiti to contribute at Pre-Conference Workshop of the XVIII ECSMGE 2024 Lisbon, Portugal

GCG will be present at ECSMGE 2024 at Lisbon, from 25-30 August 2024.

 

The conference includes interactive workshops on specialist subjects organised by Technical Committees (TCs) of the International Society of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering.

 

Our Senior Partner, Dr Chris Menkiti, as a member of TC206 (Observational Method) will be contributing in Workshop 8 on Sunday 25 August 2024, which will cover the following sessions:

  • Session 1– 09:00 to 11:00: Instrumentation Specifications (TC220).
  • Session 2 – 11:15 to 13:00: Monitoring and the Observational Method (TC206 & TC220)
  • Session 3 – 14:30 to 16:30: Real-time Back Analyses (TC309, ERTC7, TC103 & TC206)
  • Session 4 – 16:45 to 18:30: The new Eurocode and the Observational Method (TC206 & Eurocodes).
