Webinar Precis

Ground investigations are sometimes treated as a simple regulatory requirement or a means of collecting data for design calculations. In reality, they are much more than that. A well-planned ground investigation is closer to a detective story, helping engineers uncover the hidden conditions beneath the surface and understand how the ground will interact with a construction project.

By asking the right questions and designing a thoughtful investigation strategy, engineers can reveal the key hazards and uncertainties that may influence project performance, cost and risk.

This webinar will explore how ground investigations should be approached, including how to identify the key questions that need to be answered and how investigations can be used to better understand ground conditions and project constraints.

In short: Ground Investigation isn’t (just) boring.
