Following from 2 years of Covid-related disruptions, he discusses the benefits and opportunities for EGGS to reconnect with its members internally and externally. Additionally, he highlighted some of the challenges that the industry is currently facing e.g., skills shortages in general and to tackle the climate change related natural disasters.
