We are proud to announce that our Senior Partner, John Davis, was appointed Chair of The Geological Society ‘Engineering Group’ at the Group’s AGM this week.
The Geological Society operates a series of Professional and Scientific Interest groups and the Engineering Group is one of the largest of these. It has approximately 3000 members, around a quarter of the total of the Geological Society membership. The Engineering Group is also the National Group that represents the UK in the International Association for Engineering Geology.
We congratulate John on this well-deserved honour.
