GCG Senior Consultant to Present at BGA ECG MOGE Discussion Series Inaugural Session

JAS_428

We are pleased to announce that our Senior Consultant Dr Jackie Skipper will present at the inaugural session of the British Geotechnical Association (BGA) Early Career Group (ECG) MOGE Discussion Series.

It is being held at Imperial College London on Wednesday 21st February 2024. Dr Skipper will discuss rapid and practical ways that an early career geotechnical engineer can obtain maximum information about the potential ground risks and hazards of a site in the lead up to a desk study or site investigation.

The recently published 2nd edition of the ICE Manual of Geotechnical Engineering (MOGE) is a widely diverse and definitive reference publication on all aspects of geotechnical engineering.

Also presenting at the event are other MOGE chapter contributors Prof John Burland and Tim Chapman. The esteemed line-up of speakers will share their valuable insights and experiences, gained over many years working within the geotechnical industry.
