GCG Associate is giving the prestigious 60th Rankine Lecture

GCG is delighted that its Associate, Professor Stephan Jefferis, is hoping to give the prestigious 60th Rankine Lecture on Wednesday 20th October 2021 at 17:30h (UK time)

The title of his lecture is ‘The Unusual and the Unexpected in Geotechnical Engineering: Observation – Analogy – Experiment’.

The lecture was initially scheduled for 18th March 2020 but it had to be postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic, and it is now scheduled to be held on 20th October 2021.

We wish Stephan all the best with the continuing  preparatory work during the Covid disruptions.
